Our Initial Consultation in person (also available online) is a structured and systematic assessment designed to gain a clear understanding of your circumstances. This session allows us to explore your needs, challenges, and goals in depth, and to determine which therapeutic approaches may be most suitable for you. The consultation is not intended to resolve the challenges directly. Instead, its purpose is to collect and analyse relevant information, identify key contributing factors, and highlight patterns or common denominators underlying your concerns. This process enables us to present tailored options for how best to address them moving forward. As part of the consultation, you will receive: Relevant self-assessment forms to support a comprehensive evaluation A clinical report summarising findings, insights, and recommendations A clear value proposition most suited to your needs. Note: Please be aware that the initial consultation is not meant to address any specific concerns.
